Recent mail that I and only I would ever receive:
- some Peruvian documents that allegedly explain* that the Lima Tourist Police have completed what I’m sure was an extremely thorough investigation of my little adventure and are closing the case
- marketing materials urging me to return to run the Fargo Marathon, including a personalized magnet, which means they obviously know the way straight to my heart/best chance to get me as close as I possibly could get to considering another trip to North Dakota
*They’re en Espanol, naturally, so this is just a guess based on the email that my friend at the U.S. Embassy in Lima sent me when seeking my address to forward along said documents.
