Improv 201, provided I can get into an evening class and feel confident beginning-of-the-year work craziness won’t interfere with my attendance
donating blood and/or platelets (avoided during training because I’ve dramatically concluded it makes me all red-blood-cell depleted and weak)
swim lessons (for my impending career as a triathlete)
something makes me want to try CrossFit, which seems like a horrendous plan both financially and pain-wise
at this point in my running year I like to tell myself that I will focus on trying to get faster by doing a 5K training plan or something like that, but those tend to be ugly in terms of painful workouts and, let’s be real, not something I’m going to want to do as the holidays/darkness of winter/threat of next marathon training season is upon us
do some crafty things involving knitting and cross stitch (provided I can figure the latter out)
I’d like to take one of those dance classes where they teach you all the moves to a music video over the course of a few weeks. (I mean, obviously. Who wouldn’t?) I blame the Groupon/Living Socials of the world for alerting me to their existence.
try to pretend that I don’t have to start training for Big Sur in January
